Terms of Service

1. The Service

Pantheon Capitol provides automated trading software ("bots") that execute trades on your behalf based on your configured preferences. We are a software platform, not a licensed financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment manager.

The bots operate according to algorithmic strategies. You are responsible for understanding how each bot operates and the risks involved before deploying capital.

2. Eligibility

To use Pantheon Capitol you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legal resident of a jurisdiction where automated trading is permitted
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be a resident of a country subject to applicable sanctions

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Pantheon Capitol is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Trading Activity and Capital

All trading activity carried out by your bots is executed on your behalf. You acknowledge that:

• Trading involves substantial risk of loss, including the possible loss of all capital invested
• Past performance of any bot or strategy does not guarantee future results
• Backtested results are simulated and may not reflect actual trading outcomes
• Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions

5. Fees and Billing

Pantheon Capitol charges a monthly subscription fee based on your selected plan. Fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle. Your 30-day free trial begins on the date you deploy your first bot. No charge is applied during the trial period.

If you cancel, your bots remain active until the end of your current billing period. Your data is preserved for 60 days after cancellation. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days within a billing cycle, except as required by applicable law.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use Pantheon Capitol to:

• Engage in market manipulation or illegal trading activity
• Circumvent regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our software or strategies
• Use the platform in ways that violate any applicable law

7. Limitation of Liability

Pantheon Capitol is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or performance of our bots or platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pantheon Capitol shall not be liable for any trading losses, loss of profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
